San Diego's Largest Balloon
Holiday Parade
As this festive holiday parade, you’ll see marching bands, floats, drill teams, and a procession of enormous balloons.
Date: Monday, December 29, 2008 at 9:00 am
Cost: Free
Location: Downtown San Diego on North Harbor Drive, starting at the County Administration Building
In past years, we’ve seen Clifford the Red Dog, Woody from Toy Story, Thomas the Train and Snoopy make their way down Harbor Drive.
Your kids will love to see their favorite characters flying high over downtown San Diego!

Over 100,000 street-side spectators will enjoy the parade along with a nationwide television audience. Get there as early as you can to get your parking spot!
There's marching bands to enjoy too...
After the parade, activity will continue on at the Broadway Pier with games, entertainment at the annual Amtrak Family Festival.
