Don't miss the San Diego Nighttime Zoo if you visit during the summer. From the end of June to the beginning of September, Zoo grounds remain open until 9 p.m., giving your family the chance to enjoy the cool of the evening and a less crowded zoo.

As you enter the Zoo, the show stage for the Nighttime Zoo is to your immediate left. Plenty of shows are available to make it convenient for your family to catch part or all of the nighttime entertainment. The Chinese Acrobats one year were our absolute favorite!
